Technology
As you look throughout this site you will begin to realize that I am a
technology nut. In this section I want to go over some highlights of
different technology that has helped me assist my customers as
efficiently as possible

How you
found me – You know how you found me, you either found me on the web
or was referred to this website by someone that has already been
here. Either way I have used technology to get you to this website.
I do very little normal advertising, the expense of advertising
would require me to charge higher rates so I can generate additional
fees. My advertising budget is quite low and I expect it to stay
that way as I still get about 90% of my business from repeat
business or referrals.

Our
Application – The applications on this site are the most secure you
can get. Most companies use a third party application provider. The
application provider stores your application and personal
information on their servers until the loan officer retrieves the
information, Once the information is retrieved you would think the
information is removed by the third party application provider. In
fact these applications are almost never removed from the servers.
This means your information is sitting on the internet basically
forever. It is also a fact that many of these third party mortgage
application companies are also lead providers. We feel that securing
customers data on one end of the business and selling the same data
on the other end is a big conflict of interest. Our application is
created using flash animation programming which means it cannot be
decoded while it is going across the internet, once it reaches my
computer it is deleted from the server within 24 hours. Our
application also has the look and feel of the real printed
application we are all used to seeing. This helps reduce missing
items as is almost always the case with third party application
providers.

Our audio
technology – I feel that the web is mostly a visual medium but when
I found the audiogenerator technology we just felt that our
customers deserved to hear my voice when they were making their
buying decision. I feel that most consumers want to do business with
someone they know. It’s impossible to know someone by just reading
about them. My goal is to have my voice on every page of this
website. I feel that with all the information I have available most
people don’t want to sit back and read it off their computers. I
felt that you would most likely get more information if you heard me
explain it as you went to each page. Of course if you get tired of
my voice you can just click the stop button on each page.

Autoresponder – We have a piece of software that will send you
predetermined e-mails, for instance if you want to sign up for my
newsletter this software will automatically send it out to you every
month, this saves me loads of time so I can work on your loan. I
also do some marketing campaigns with this software

LOS Software
– This is software that allows me to take your application once it
is on my computer and import it into an industry accepted format
without retyping. Then I can click a button to order your credit
report, appraisal, or title work.

Contact
management Software – I use contact management software to keep
track of all my calls and follow-ups automatically. For example, If
you send me an application your contact information is entered into
this software automatically. It also schedules a ToDo for me to
follow-up with you based on what you entered and schedules that ToDo
based on my available schedule. Once you are a client I use this
software to keep you updated as to the progress of your loan. For
example when we order an appraisal you will get an e-mail letting
you know that we ordered an appraisal. It is the little things like
this that shave minutes off the loan process each time they are used
but saves days by the time all is said and done.

Efax –
Instead of the old fashioned paper faxes all of my faxes come across
my e-mail. Not only does this save us expenses on ink and paper but
I can then attach the e-mail to your specific file on our contact
management software

Automated
Underwriting – Over 200 of our lenders have given us access to their
automated underwriting systems, these systems allow me to get a full
blown approval from a lender within minutes. This allows me to make
sure my customers are fully approved before wasting time getting the
loan to the underwriter.

Loan Search
– I keep all of our lenders in a database that we use to look up
certain programs. When dealing with over 300 lenders and 10,000
different loan programs that change on a daily basis it is
impossible to keep track of them all without using technology. My
competitors work with a handful of lenders and with only a few
products. Technology makes it easy for us to beat them because it’s
hard for them to beat me on a product that they don’t even know
exists.
I am always in search for new technology that will help my customers and
as I find them I will implement them. I want to run this company as
efficiently as possible so we can continue to offer you the very lowest
prices available.
